Games Field ready for Saturday

The Halkirk Games field at Recreation Park, Halkirk, has been transformed by the hard working Committee and is now ready for the Games this Saturday. The weather has been great all week and hopefully will hold out on Saturday. The ground is in perfect condition for cyclists and runners. Herchers sideshows are all set up and ready to open on Friday evening. The brand new tent for the teas and the bar is looking fantastic. Hope to see you on Saturday for an afternoon of thrilling sports action. The opening ceremony is at 12.15 with the first race at 12.30pm.
